The two most important features of our system are the central translation memory and the terminology database. The translation memory stores all translations in a master language in a database. As soon as a text needs to be processed that has previously been translated, the system recognises the passage and automatically generates a pre-translation on the basis of translation units that are already on file. This saves time and money, since the translator only has to translate the new text.
The terminology database ensures that only the approved specialist or corporate terminology is used in all languages and provides clarity for the terms used (e.g. coolant temperature sensor, coolant temperature display, coolant temperature probe).
