Independent scientific study on the optimisation potential of operational marketing processes in telecommunications companies

The study was conducted by the IAW Institute for Applied Economics of the Hochschule Niederrhein, University of Applied Sciences.

With MMC the European process also includes an additional translation step system in comparence to the markets in Canada and the USA and despite this is 50% faster. Without the use of MMC we would have to employ a lot more persons.

coordination processes in the realisation of communication initiatives across all media channels by at least 30 %.
