Establishing of common and universal processes between central marketing and international markets.

Standardisation of international processes for creation and approval of all print and online advertisment media. Additional integration of banner and video approval functionality.

Execution

Application of the Marketing Management Cockpit, utilising its Dashboard, Media Management, Briefing Assistant, Approval and Media Server modules. According to the briefing, the MMC controls the individually developed workflows utilising the Media Management module.
